The purpose of this policy is to protect the integrity, reputation, and consistency of the MagicTilt brand.
2. Ownership of Brand Assets
All trademarks, logos, designs, slogans, images, videos, and other brand-related materials are the exclusive property of MagicTilt Trailer Inc. and are protected by applicable trademark and intellectual property laws.

3. Permitted Use

Dealers and partners must clearly represent themselves as independent businesses and not as the manufacturer unless formally authorized.
5. Customer and Social Media Usage
Customers may share photos, videos, and content featuring MagicTilt trailers. When using official logos or marketing materials provided by MagicTilt Trailer Inc., the following disclaimer is recommended:

6. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited without written authorization from MagicTilt Trailer Inc.:
- Altering the MagicTilt logo or brand marks
- Creating merchandise using the MagicTilt name or logo
- Using the brand in misleading, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Using MagicTilt branding in political endorsements or controversial messaging
- Registering domain names, social media accounts, or business names using the MagicTilt name
7. Logo and Visual Identity Guidelines
Users must adhere to the following standards:
- Maintain proper spacing around the logo
- Do not stretch, rotate, recolor, or distort the logo
- Do not overlay the logo on cluttered backgrounds
- Always use the most current logo provided by MagicTilt Trailer Inc.
- Official logos and brand assets should only be obtained directly from MagicTilt Trailer Inc.
8. Right to Revoke Permission
MagicTilt Trailer Inc. reserves the right to revoke or restrict permission to use its brand assets at any time if the brand is misused or if the use violates this policy.
